Design or generation problems
Include your request ID, the problem and the approximate time. Confirmed failed standard generations return their credit. If status is uncertain, do not submit again until reviewed. A new standard generation uses another credit.
Payment and refunds
Check your balance and orders before paying again. Include the order ID for missing credits. Fully unused packs can be submitted for refund review directly in Orders & refunds; contacting support first is optional. Used packs need individual review. Payments are not currently enabled.
Report an image or privacy concern
Include the request ID and describe the concern. Avoid attaching sensitive personal photos unless needed and you are comfortable sharing them. Reports are reviewed manually; text prompts are checked before generation, but automated input-photo and output-image moderation is not yet available.
