Terms & design limitations
RoomDecorLab is a private product preview for exploring AI-generated room design concepts. Review these limitations before generating or using an image.
AI output is inspiration, not a measured plan
Generated images may contain mistakes or change room geometry, walls, doors, windows, furniture dimensions, materials or lighting. They may show unavailable products or designs that do not fit your space. We ask the model to preserve the layout, but cannot guarantee that it does.
Check before buying or building
RoomDecorLab does not provide construction drawings, structural assessments, electrical or plumbing plans, building-code checks, or professional architectural or engineering advice. Verify measurements, product specifications, feasibility and safety on site. Consult qualified professionals before construction, renovation or installation.
Photos and generated images
Upload only images you have permission to use. Choosing a photo previews it locally. Generating an image sends a resized copy to the image service and model provider. Avoid photos containing personal information you do not want to share. Provider retention is governed by the provider’s own policies.
Free trial and test credits
Prepared examples are demonstrations. One free generation attempt is available per browser, with at most two attempts per network per day and 30 attempts across the site per day. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Failed or uncertain free attempts still count. There is no automatic paid fallback.
Email sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. Local development may use visible test codes; hosted sign-in never exposes the code in its response. Purchases are not available on this site. No money is collected. Test credits have no monetary value and cannot call paid image models. A standard design will use one credit when live purchases are enabled. Definitive provider failures return the credit; uncertain requests require review.
Photos are not permanently stored by this site. Email accounts, orders, credit transactions and request metadata are stored to maintain your account. Browser trials can be reset by clearing cookies, so the network and site-wide limits provide additional controls.
Refund requests
Purchases are not enabled. No money is collected on this site. For a fully unused credit pack, sign in and use Orders & refunds to submit a request for review. Submission does not mean approval or completed repayment. Credits are held while the request is pending; a confirmed failed refund releases them. Other cases require manual review. Refunds of payments are separate from credits returned after a failed generation. Any live refund policy will be published before live sales, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Contacting support is optional and is not a prerequisite for requesting an eligible unused-pack refund. For a design or payment issue, include your request or order ID when emailing 13012530458@163.com.
Review each result
Output quality and accuracy can vary between requests. Compare generated images with the original and make your own suitability checks. These notices explain the product’s limitations and do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
